Having completed a higher education in Image and Fashion Consultancy in 2010 at Limperts Academy of Design, London, as well as training in hair and beauty, I started to work in the area of general image, beauty and lifestyle. Instant access to the latest trends on Instagram when it comes to beauty, diet and lifestyle has resulted in a lot of noise but for many people, not a lot of clarity. I have worked with men and women for over 10 years, helping improve their professional and personal image and style, but my focus remains on inner health which makes for outer radiance. I advise clients on their lifestyle habits, from their daily diet, to physical health and general wellbeing.

Lifestyle choices affect our mental wellbeing, and how we look impacts on how we feel. How we feel, absolutely impacts upon we look! As a mother I understand the difficulties parents face trying to balance busy lives. Before I became a mother, I constantly sought to achieve a healthy balance between work and home life whilst staying healthy and energised.

 

Taking steps to improve our physical wellbeing opens doors for us not least because we start to feel better in ourselves. Small changes in our diet can instantly boost our mood and we become more positive. My clients, after making even minor adjustments, say that they see themselves in a way in which they had never known existed before. Their mental outlook strengthens too.
